Inschrijving NECE-conferentie in Glasgow
Van donderdag 24 tot en met zondag 27 oktober 2019 vindt in Glasgow, VK de jaarlijkse conferentie van NECE (Networking European Citizenship Education) plaats. Het thema dit jaar is ‘Confronting Inequalities! The Role of Citizenship Education’. Toegang tot de conferentie is gratis en bedoeld voor docenten burgerschap, activisten en studenten uit Europa en Noord-Afrika.
Bevestigde sprekers zijn o.a. Schotse auteur Darren McGarvey (journalist en rapper), Dr Robert Rogerson (University of Strathclyde, Institute for Future cities), Prof Bryony Hoskins (University of Roehampton, London) en Dr Michalis Kakos (Leeds Beckett University).

The annual conference of NECE (Networking European Citizenship Education) will be held from Thursday the 24th till Sunday the 27th of October in Glasgow, UK. The theme of this years conference is ‘Confronting Inequalities! The Role of Citizenship in Education’. NECE is open for citizenship educators, activists and students from all over Europe and North Africa as well as for the public of Glasgow, educators and civil society organisations. Conference participation is free of charge.
